Account Executive – Outside Sales

Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive, Outside Sales in Cerritos, CA to make a real impact every day. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Director and collaborate with departments such as Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, and Sales Support to onboard new business. Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium sized business owners
  • Work closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business
  • Manage your pipeline and day to day tasks/appointments using Salesforce
  • Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications
  • Close sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements

Qualifications

Required qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Valid current driver’s licence and auto insurance
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to self‑source leads through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking with a hunter mentality
