Lead Sales Executive - Remote
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Leader - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in North America, one of the largest and most critical markets. You will combine hands-on execution with leadership to manage complex enterprise deals, while building a high-performing team of sales executives.
Your efforts will directly impact how organizations adopt innovative AI technologies, guiding major clients through long sales cycles and strategic decision-making processes. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and operational excellence, as you lead the charge in expanding our reach and influence.
- Own the North American revenue number, forecasting, and pipeline strategy.
- Recruit, train, and retain top-tier Enterprise Account Executives.
- Engage in multi-stakeholder sales cycles to close complex deals.
- Define and execute the 'Land and Expand' strategy focused on high-value verticals.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to ensure deal velocity.
- 10+ years in Enterprise SaaS Sales, with 3-5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in AI, Machine Learning, or Customer Experience technologies.
- Proven track record of closing large ARR deals ranging from $250k to $1M+.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger.
- Ability to build your own pipeline and empower your team with modern techniques.
- Business or Technical degree; MBA is a plus.
