Position: Inside Sales Representative - Remote USA

Overview

The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in growing Angel Aligner’s business across North America by developing strong relationships with orthodontic and dental practices. This role focuses on increasing sales and customer satisfaction through proactive communication, excellent service and working closely with the sales team to achieve business goals.

Essential Functions
  • Generating new business by identifying, qualifying and converting leads to Angel providers through phone calls and virtual meetings in a defined regional area.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations on Teams or Zoom for doctors.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and leverage sales tools to plan, track, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Partner with the sales and marketing teams to support product launches, campaigns, education events and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, clinical studies and scientific papers related to company products.
  • Attend training, sales meetings, and special events as needed.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that support their growth and align with company goals.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a minimum of plus 5+ years of sales experience in high growth corporate markets
  • Prior sales experience with orthodontists and dentists as the principal point of contact is strongly preferred.
Required Skills & Abilities
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or project management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrate active listening to identify customer needs and provide solutions through a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
  • Maintain integrity, professionalism, and adherence to ethical standards at all times.
