We are looking to expand our team with a Director of Sales who shares the same drive and passion and is eager to join our bold, edgy and fearless team.

Position Summary

Par 5 Group is seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Director of Sales to lead revenue generation efforts across sponsorship, commercial partnerships, and hospitality programs for multiple P5G events in North America.

This role is based in Indianapolis, Indiana and reports directly to the Event Director. The Director of Sales will play a critical role in driving event profitability, building long-term partner relationships, and positioning P5G events as a premier platform for brands and corporate partners.

February 1, 2026

Travel Requirements

Periodic travel, including up to 30 days annually for event execution and partner engagement.

Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in sports sponsorship, partnership development, or hospitality sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce, Digi Deck, and Sponsor United (or similar tools).
  • Established network of corporate, brand, and agency relationships relevant to event sponsorship and hospitality sales.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze data, build forecasts, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support events and partner engagements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators for sponsorship, commercial partnerships, and hospitality programs.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities using market research, industry intelligence, and relationship development.
  • Collaborate closely with the Event Director and cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies, manage pipelines, and advance qualified leads.
  • Create high-impact pitch decks, proposals, and sales collateral that clearly articulate value propositions and align with client business objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective partners to drive renewals, upsells, and long-term revenue growth.
  • Oversee the successful execution of sponsorship and hospitality agreements in partnership with the P5G Experience and Operations teams.
  • Manage sales packages, inventory allocation, pricing strategies, and revenue tracking for assigned events.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity to internal leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, contract management, ROI analysis, and timely invoicing.
  • Monitor competitive activity, industry trends, and emerging opportunities within sports, entertainment, and experiential marketing sectors.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Experience, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional partner and guest experiences.
