• Develop and implement sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for sales growth and competitive positioning
• Establish and maintain relationships with Key Accounts to drive revenue and customer growth
• Negotiate contracts and manage local programs for end users and contractors
• Educate and mentor sales teams on value-based selling of electrical solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly surge protection or switch gear
• Proven experience leading inside and outside sales teams
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and sales analytics tools
• Ability to travel up to 50% across the U.S. and Canada

• Experience with surge protection or switch gear sales
• Strong value-based selling and interpersonal skills for customer negotiation
• Familiarity with engineering workshops and on-site surveys
• Background in negotiating high-level contracts with Key Accounts
• Ability to navigate construction project sites
