• Build disease awareness with key partners and develop relationships within the pharmaceutical community
• Collaborate on prior authorizations, reimbursement stipulations, and patient referrals to enhance patient access
• Manage the sales budget and grow sales through impactful territory planning and communication
• Implement compliant programs to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales
• Prospect for new accounts and identify growth opportunities within the territory

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales
• Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Territory:
  Spokane, WA Area
• Possession of a valid driving license – category B

• Experience in sales account management within the healthcare industry, preferably in eye care pharmaceuticals or medical devices
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High-energy, self-starter with a collaborative team player mindset
• Technical learning agility and willingness to challenge the status quo
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills
