What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute sales strategy while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
  • Conduct market research and planning to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts
  • Drive revenue achievement by engaging with job sites, contractors, and end users
  • Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of surge protection products
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant experience in technical electrical sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly with contractors and OEMs
  • Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to travel internationally and navigate construction project sites
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in surge protection or switch gear sales
  • Established value-based selling skills and strong negotiation capabilities
  • Experience with market analysis and strategic planning
  • Familiarity with electrical connection and protection solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and business functions
