Responsibilities- Build and roll out a bold sales plan to grow our footprint in the multi-family community market
- Connect with property decision-makers in ways that work best — calls, emails, face-to-face chats, or creative outreach that grabs attention
- Partner with prospects to uncover what their residents really need, and show them how our internet service makes life easier and better connected
- Guide deals smoothly from the first hello to signed agreements, keeping the process clear and straightforward every step of the way
- Become a trusted name in the real estate community by building genuine relationships that spark referrals and long-term partnerships
- History of success in B2B sales (bonus points if it’s in internet, telecom, or multi-family communities)
- Already know people in the residential real estate world? Even better — we’d love for you to bring those connections along
- You’re a natural when it comes to communicating, negotiating, and building relationships that last
- Comfortable running with your own playbook in a fast-moving, growing business environment
