Who We Are NOT Looking For:

- Cheap agents who sell policies costing $30-50-70/month.
- People who are not coachable and have a large ego.
Who We ARE Looking For:
- Competent agents who speak well and communicate effectively.
- Agents not afraid to show high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
- Agents who are self-motivated and ready to follow a proven system.
Our company has partnered with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers selling high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.
We operate entirely through virtual sales (telephone and Zoom meetings) across the US. Our average agent spends $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.
We are not looking for lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We simply need more agents.
