Ready to represent As a Senior Sales Representative at , you’ll take the lead in selling our scaling workshop tickets ($5,000) to prospective clients. You’ll serve as our first point of contact, nurturing and expanding the brand.

Your daily responsibilities will include connecting with prospects, uncovering their needs, and showcasing how can help them succeed. - Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Move all prospects to the appropriate pipeline stage via CRM throughout the day
- Keep an accurate, up-to-date pipeline in our CRM
- Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods
- Document all interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM “notes” section
- Educate prospects on our workshops with expert-level insight
- Allow the Director of Sales to shadow calls and provide feedback
- Be available most days from 9 am‑5 pm local time to take calls
- Use internal and external resources to stay current on our products and industry trends
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ways to better serve our clients
- Identify and report any recurring patterns of negative client feedback to the Director of Sales
- Work with the team to ensure seamless transitions from program to program and beyond
- All prospects are accurately updated in the CRM with detailed client information for service staff by end of day
- Maintain a close rate of 60% or sell 80+ tickets per month
- Consistently follow up with all qualified prospects indefinitely
- Update sales stats sheet Monday-Friday by 7 pm EST
- Foster clear, timely communication within the team, sharing all necessary details
- Stay well-informed on the latest product offerings through ongoing education/training
- Adhere to all internal communication protocols
- High-volume transactional sales experience (e.g., gym memberships, event tickets)
- Outstanding phone and video conference communication skills
- 4+ years of experience selling to Small Business Owners (SMB)
- Strong presentation skills
- Open to learning new sales processes
- Thrive in a routine-driven environment
- Eager to grow quickly
- Self-sufficient with excellent time management
- Highly organized, maintaining a clear pipeline observable by the Sales Leader
- Must relocate to, or currently reside in, Cincinnati
- Relocation package offered
- $150,000 - $200,000 On Target Earnings (uncapped)
- $75,000 Base (With a 1 month trial period)
