We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who thrive without hand-holding.
Who We Are NOT Looking For:- Agents desperate to make money

- Agents selling low premium policies ($30-$70/month)
- Uncoachable agents with a large ego
- Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills
- Agents comfortable with high premiums (average over $250/month)
- Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA.
We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.
On average, agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.
We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team.
