Sales Representative; Organization

Overview

We're seeking a Sales Designer to join the team. In this role, you'll be responsible for meeting with homeowners to design beautiful, functional storage solutions for spaces such as walk-in closets, home offices, and garages. If you enjoy working with people and want flexible hours with strong earning potential, this could be the perfect fit.

• Meet with pre-set appointments (no cold calling) to assess client needs
• Design custom organization solutions using our tools and training
• Present and sell the proposed designs with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Follow up with clients and coordinate with internal teams

• No previous design or sales experience required—training is provided
• Strong communication and people skills
• Enjoys organizing, designing, and problem-solving
• Must be available for daytime appointments
• Reliable transportation

• Flexible schedule with part-time hours (40–60 hrs/month)
