Legacy Electric LLC – Sales Professional

We are seeking a top-performing sales professional to join our team. The candidate will search out new client accounts and maximize profitability, managing the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication skills and ability to build strong relationships

• Must be motivated, personable, and outgoing
• Reliable transportation required
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Must have either an Android or iPhone smartphone

• Two or more years of outside sales experience
• History of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance goals
• Experience in the electrical trade industry

• Travel as needed to businesses and make new relationships that result in new revenue for the company (travel under 15% of the time)
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Maintain records of all sales leads
• Represent Legacy Electric during all client and prospect interactions
• Educate customers on how our services can benefit them

Base salary: $38,000 – $48,000 per year (Full‑time Sales Professional) plus commission.

Commission Structure:

• First work order with a new client: 8% of gross profit.
• Additional work orders with that client: 4% of gross profit.
• Client becomes a house account after 15 months – commissions on their projects cease.
• Payment of commissions occurs only after Legacy Electric receives full payment from the client.

Performance and Bonuses:

• Client Acquisition Targets:
  Aim for 3 new paying clients per month.
• Bonus: $500 per quarter if you hit your target, plus an additional bonus for exceeding the target.
• Weekly reporting, meetings, client communication, and use of Legacy's CRM are expected.
