• Impact the number of clients booking Sandals and Beaches by servicing, educating, and building professional relationships within your assigned territory at the Travel Agent, Tour Operator, and Tourist Board levels.
• Grow new business by helping travel agencies develop marketing plans and reach booking goals via the Certified & Preferred Sandals Agency Programs.
• Maintain an outgoing, positive, professional attitude; strong communication and time‑management skills; teamwork; ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Travel extensively and commit to an ongoing schedule of business travel.
• Demonstrate computer proficiency, including email, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word and presenting to travel agencies.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills for both internal and external customers.
• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines, remain professional under stress and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Work independently as well as within a team; multi‑task, shift direction quickly, and travel internationally and domestically with proper documentation.
• Communicate effectively with management, senior management, product management, support and development teams.
• Willing to have image captured for Sales & Marketing purposes.

• Drive business growth under pressure.
• Travel weekly (including weekends) and host trips to the Caribbean.
• Self‑motivate; work independently from a home office.
• Organize and execute multiple activities with flexibility.
• Maintain professionalism in social situations.
• Communicate information via written, oral and public speaking.
• Proficiency with email, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, social media platforms.
• Manage administrative tasks while traveling overnight.
• Build relationships with accounts, peers and clients.
• Lifting boxes of collateral up to 50 lbs and set up booth displays.
• Maintain acceptable driving record; valid passport.

Base salary: $59,000.00 with incentive opportunities.
