What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Prospect for new business and manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline management
  • Break into large accounts and close significant deals with C-level decision-makers
  • Collaborate with co-workers and leadership to drive sales efforts
  • Conduct cold calls, face-to-face meetings, and client presentations to generate excitement about services
  • Utilize networking resources like Linked In to identify and pursue new business opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of field or outside sales experience with a proven track record in hunting and closing
  • Experience in industrial sales (e.g., manufacturing, construction, utility, petrochemical)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel and thrive in a fast-paced environment
