Job Overview

Remote Inside Sales Representative increases revenue by responding to or initiating incoming/outgoing customer inquiries, while using company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete, accurate data.

• Use appropriate technologies and follow processes in accordance with company standards to ensure patient and physician contact is handled with accuracy and operational effectiveness.
• Establish customer contact by initiating follow‑up outbound calls and receiving inbound return calls.
• Promote products and facilitate customer needs to utilize company’s products or services by assessing customer qualification, explaining product/service benefits, and assisting with physician communication as necessary.
• Resolve customer concerns by providing appropriate information regarding products and services.
• Record customer information and maintain database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data.
• Ensure quality service by following departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Facilitate sales process by communicating and sharing information with appropriate internal and external contacts.
• Complete and ensure accurate validation of insurance benefits.
• Provide customer follow‑up as required.
• Contribute to departmental objectives by accomplishing required contact and sales results, with the ability to track and report progress of sales results.
