Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a full‑time, $30K+ base salary role with uncapped commissions and annual bonuses. Candidates will sell digital marketing solutions—websites, search and display ads, social ads, SEO, reviews & reputation management—through a partnership selling model. The position offers hybrid work (home office and on‑field), a comprehensive 3‑week classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training, and strong career advancement opportunities.

• Generate new business by cold‑calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory.
• Conduct strong needs assessments and deliver virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects.
• Build and manage a book of small‑business clients, securing residual commissions through continued account management.
• Partner with Google, Amazon, Instagram, Meta, Microsoft and other platforms to deliver best‑in‑class digital marketing offerings.
• Maintain accurate sales data and reports in the company’s CRM system.

• Competitive base salary with uncapped earnings potential:
  Year 1 target earnings $110‑120 k, Year 2 target earnings $120‑140 k.
