What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and implement sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
  • Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
  • Manage high-level relationships with Key Accounts and lead revenue achievement initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive Surge sales and educate on value-based selling
  • Negotiate contracts and manage local programs for contractors and end users
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly in surge protection or switch gear
  • Proven experience leading inside and outside sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and related sales analytics tools
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time throughout the U.S. and Canada
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience selling to contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on value-based selling techniques
  • Familiarity with navigating construction project sites
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel internationally
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and educate sales teams
