Pay Range

Base pay: $55,000 - $75,000 per year. Additional compensation through commission may bring earnings into $55K-$85K+. Specifics provided upon hire.

Job Overview

Future Remote Inside Sales Representatives are needed for training that begins January 2026. The role involves handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs, and matching coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details
  • Training period: 16 weeks (licensed hires) or 18 weeks (unlicensed hires).
  • All policy representatives must obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license; paid training will provide licensing if not already held.
  • No cold calls; all inbound warm leads.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.

  • Schedule:

    4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (example 11am‑8pm CST), minimum 12 months before shift change consideration.
  • All computer equipment is provided; work‑from‑home workspace must meet company requirements (dedicated desk, wired high‑speed internet ≥100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).

  • Property & Casualty Insurance License (training provided if none).
