We are seeking an experienced and Licensed
Insurance Sales Representative to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in insurance sales and is confident supporting customers with their coverage needs. In this position, you will work virtually to build relationships, educate customers on policy options, and provide guidance that helps them protect what matters most. You’ll be stepping into a professional, growth‑oriented environment where your experience is valued and your success is supported
- Base salary of $45,000 with first‑year earnings of $55,000 to $75,000

Responsibilities- Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, marketing, cold calling, and lead databases
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to questions, and identify additional needs
- Prepare insurance quotes, deliver presentations, and close sales
- Identify and develop new opportunities in financial services
- Document activity and maintain strong communication with the team
- Active Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses are required
- Minimum of 2+ plus years of prior State Farm agency experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Genuine willingness to learn, be coachable, and apply feedback
- Ability to handle rejection with resilience
- Highly self‑motivated and able to manage follow‑up consistently
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
