How you’ll have an impact at Paula's Choice:

The Account Coordinator (AC) is a retail‑focused role partnering with a leader to drive sales revenue in a multi‑door, territory. The AC builds strong retailer relationships, trains and coaches in‑store associates, models side‑by‑side selling, plans and executes in‑store events, maintains merchandising standards, and leads promotional activities to reach sales targets at Sephora.

Typical responsibilities:
  • Develop territory strategy with leader to reach Sephora sales targets and drive YoY growth.
  • Plan and execute territory event door strategy to deliver weekly results.
  • Schedule and execute territory call cycle for business growth.
  • Track sales and training performance and communicate opportunities to leader.
  • Participate in bi‑weekly and monthly B&M meetings and share business opportunities.
  • Maintain organization: calendars, T&E budgets, sales recaps, event recaps, store visit schedules, travel bookings, and other admin.
  • Participate in regular touch bases to ensure communication and partnership alignment.
  • Address and resolve store‑level challenges diplomatically to maintain relationships.
  • Engage in product training webinars, in‑person courses, and special education events.
  • Implement sales and training tools for new product launches and daily visits.
  • Support elevated training opportunities with leader and Education team.
  • Plan and execute in‑store events and partnership to achieve sales targets.
  • Communicate store‑level feedback timely.
  • Maintain merchandising standards and execute business reviews with retail partners.
  • Manage out‑of‑stock and visual merchandising needs following retailer guidelines.
Details:
  • Full‑time role with flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical: lift 40 lbs; stand up to 8 hours in stores.
  • Travel: up to 80% of the time; territories vary by region.
  • 20% office/administrative time for onboarding, booking, expense reports, and communications.
  • San Jose and South Bay area with proximity to high‑volume locations; reliable transportation required.
What you’ll bring to the table:
  • 2+ years in beauty industry or equivalent qualified experience.
  • 1+ year managing a multi‑door, multi‑retailer territory.
  • 1+ year of retail sales and training experience in a Sephora environment.
  • Valid passport & ability to travel within region 80% of the time.
  • Knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, clinical techniques, and business terminology.
  • 1+ year of Sephora EDU portal OLR/scheduling experience.
  • Flexible schedule: weekends, evenings, holidays; minimum 3 Saturdays & some Sundays per month.
  • Superior selling skills with proven ability to set and achieve sales goals.
  • Effective training skills delivering consistent sales results.
  • Proven relationship building, driving sales, and outstanding customer service.
  • Exceptional time‑management and analytical skills.
  • Proof of insurance, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Rapid learning of new technology and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
Salary:

$70,000 – $75,000 USD annually
