Location: Town of Poland
Our client is looking for a proactive B2B SDR to join their team full-time. Your main responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound outreach, qualify leads, and set up high-quality sales calls. You’ll play a key role in our campaigns, working closely with our Sales team to keep the client journey smooth and conversion-focused.
They run a marketing and sales agency for solo brands, mainly keynote speakers who we help get bookings through outreach campaigns.
Who You Are:- Native English speaker – written and spoken
- Proven experience in B2B sales
, ideally in service-based or digital industries - Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g. Highlevel, Pipedrive or similar)
- Skilled in appointment setting, lead qualification, and follow-up
- Independent, results-driven, and comfortable with a commission-based model
- Tech-savvy and fully remote-ready (quiet environment, fast internet, good headset)
- Proactively reach out to cold and warm prospects, to book discovery/sales calls for our clients (mainly keynote speakers who are looking for bookings and our prospect lists are mainly C-level managers in corporations and event organizers)
- Follow up with inbound leads (from email, DM, webinars, campaigns)
- Qualify leads based on our target criteria
- Occasionally run Zoom calls with high-quality prospects
- Maintain clear, consistent tracking in the CRM – manage your own pipeline
- Collaborate with the team to optimize scripts, follow-up flows, and outreach timing
- Fixed base salary with Commission-based compensation with high-earning potential (base optional)
- Qualified leads from active marketing campaigns – no list-building required
- Proven messaging, funnel support, and ready-made outreach flows
- A conversion-focused team that supports you with strategy, copy, and automation
- Fully remote work with a clear structure and measurable KPIs
- Experience in coaching, consulting, or digital education industries
- Sold high-ticket offers (EUR 5,000 and up)
- A strong understanding of funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion strategy
