Outside Sales Representative – FCX Performance

• Retain current customers while developing new business, build repeat sales, and manage a local territory.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and lunch & learns.
• Apply strategic, organized, and technologically savvy approaches to territory management.
• Maintain sales records, pipeline reporting, and generate sales and market reports on a quarterly, annual, and as‑needed basis.
• Set and achieve sales target goals and develop marketing strategies.

• Proven outside sales experience in the industrial marketplace.
• Knowledge of valve‑instrumentation‑flow control preferred.
• Self‑motivated, aggressive sales tactics, and a drive to close sales.
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office; SAP/ERP/P‑21 a plus.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience may substitute for a degree requirement.
