Netrix Global, an award-winning global provider of cybersecurity and IT services, seeks a highly motivated Strategic Partnerships Manager who will lead and execute business development strategies with our TSD/Master Agency partnerships and new and existing referral partners. This role will recruit new referral partners, manage partnerships, and execute co‑sell and go‑to‑market plans for each partner with a focus on scalable lead generation that contributes to significant new bookings and gross profit maximization.
Success in this role includes driving leads that convert to opportunities resulting in bookings and revenues, with high‑volume net new logo acquisition from referral partners.
The position is remote-based and located in the Eastern United States, in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or Massachusetts is preferred.
How You Will Make An Impact- Recruit and manage new and existing referral and resale partners (MSPs, VARs, trusted advisors, and consultants) to promote Netrix’s service offerings.
- Establish monthly cadence and QBRs with key partners to align GTM initiatives, partnership matters, escalation resolution, and pipeline review.
- Keep partner records in Salesforce up to date with company information, profile, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
- Support senior executives in negotiating new partnership contracts.
- Lead and run joint events with partners, including on‑site events or webinars for partners or their clients.
- Develop sales enablement content for Netrix internal sales and for channel partners.
- Train partners on Netrix’s key offerings and Go‑To‑Market solutions for lead generation and opportunity creation.
- Suggest additional partner portal content and keep partners updated on latest offerings.
- Conduct account mapping, introductions, and lead‑generating relationships to drive new opportunities and bookings.
- Develop the right go‑to‑market strategy, behaviors, and goals with partners and the internal sales team.
- Drive awareness through social channels and social selling.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with sales team to move partnership‑generated opportunities through the sales process.
- Ensure referral partner SPIFFs are communicated and compensation questions are resolved in a timely manner.
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or channel sales.
- Experience with TSD/Master Agent ecosystem (App Direct and Telarus preferred).
- Strong relationships with sub‑agents, trusted advisors, referral partners, and MSPs.
- Deep understanding of go‑to‑market organizational structure and alignment with partners, channels, sales, and marketing.
- Strong background on key players and competitors in the ecosystem.
