About The Role

We’re looking for licensed, goal‑driven life insurance agents passionate about helping Americans protect what matters most. In this full‑time W2 role, you’ll handle inbound consumer inquiries and provide expert guidance on life insurance products tailored to their needs. You’ll own your performance targets and drive client satisfaction in a structured, performance‑based environment—all remotely.

What You Will Do

  • Manage incoming sales call opportunities
  • Connect with new and current clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
  • Resolve client inquiries by partnering with appropriate internal resources

Daily Responsibilities

  • 30‑minute pre‑shift meeting
  • Camera required to be on at all times
  • Personal work area must be free from distractions
  • Maintain 88% or more productive time
  • Ready status, talk time, and training or meetings as scheduled
  • Over 75% talk time hours
  • Average 10 live transfers daily
  • Follow sales systems to close sales
  • Utilize I‑APP program to properly quote customers
  • Input all client information appropriately
  • Play all questions and disclosures correctly
  • Document all answers following life insurance guidelines and regulations
  • Present appropriate life insurance products and services with clarity and compliance
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and individual development sessions
  • Participate in group coaching and development sessions
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, state regulations, and ethical standards
  • Must be available to work all shifts in full
  • Must be responsive in company communication, including emails and Slack Direct Messaging
  • Must be receptive to phone feeding and sales assistance
  • Meet all sales floor minimum requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of individual life insurance sales, with a life license in good standing
  • Ability to sell in multiple states
  • Proven ability to self‑manage in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
  • A passion for helping others and providing consultative customer advice and service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and a sense of urgency
  • Commitment to ongoing service process improvements
  • Comfortable managing client escalations and problem‑solving creatively
  • Must have high‑speed internet
  • Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Office
