Position available to candidates in Missouri, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Kansas. Must reside within these states.

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads.
• Consult with customers on insurance needs and match correct coverages.
• Convert sales leads into policyholders.

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills.
• Analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
• Typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property & Casualty license required after hire.

• 16‑week training for licensed hires; 18‑week training for unlicensed hires.

• Schedule:
  
  4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST).
