• Bachelor s degree in a business-related field preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a selling role within the managed care or workers compensation industry
• In-depth knowledge of selling strategies, sales psychology, and buying techniques
• Strong understanding of the company s products and competitive landscape
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

• Strong software knowledge, particularly with the MS Office Suite
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
