Outside Sales Representative – Hibu

Join Hibu as an Outside Sales Representative and help small businesses succeed in a flourishing industry with unlimited earning potential.

Compensation
  • Year 1 on‑target earnings between $85,000-$95,000 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
  • Year 2 on‑target earnings between $100,000-$120,000 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model:
    Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
  • Cold‑calling business owners, prospecting within a designated territory, setting appointments, and conducting strong needs assessments.
  • Growing your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management.
  • Performing virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects.
  • Building strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries, making each day different.
