Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

, we’re transforming how companies sign and manage documents through our secure, intuitive digital signature and workflow solutions. As a Junior SDR
, you’ll be on the front line of our growth — identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who’s motivated, curious, and eager to kick‑start a career in tech sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
- Fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written).
- Basic understanding of sales processes or SaaS business models.
- Ability to work independently and as part of our team.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Initiate contact with prospects through email, phone, and Linked In outreach.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system.
- Understand Autenti’s product offerings and communicate their value to potential customers.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM Hub Spot.
- Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Interest in digital transformation, SaaS, b2b sales.
- Strong research skills and creativity in outreach approach.
- Full‑time position with hybrid (we have offices in Warsaw and Kraków) or remote work flexibility.
