What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve sales goals for CADDY Commercial Electrical and Gardner Bender business in designated states
  • Lead sales agents, setting strategic goals and managing territory effectively
  • Build relationships with key end-user customers and distributor partners
  • Provide product expertise and coordinate training for key contractors
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage the opportunity pipeline and communicate market feedback
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred in outside sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of outside sales and/or territory management experience in the commercial electrical space
  • Ability to work remotely and travel 50-60% within the sales region
  • Experience working with end-user customers on projects
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on collaboration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Technical sales experience and proficiency in value-based selling
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems, preferably
  • Ability to lead direct reports and/or sales agents/manufacturing sales partners
