About the Role
Join our client's dynamic financial services team as a Part-Time Telemarketer specializing in appointment setting for wealth management and investment advisory services. This flexible role offers the perfect opportunity to build your career in financial services while maintaining work-life balance.
You'll be the crucial first point of contact, connecting qualified prospects with our professional financial advisors through professional telephone communications.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to qualified prospects using company-provided lead lists
- Schedule appointments between prospects and our financial advisory team
- Follow up consistently on missed calls and busy prospects to maintain engagement
- Achieve daily and monthly appointment setting targets (pro-rated for part-time schedule)
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in our CRM system
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings as required
Essential
Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level education or equivalent
- At least 1 year of telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong work ethic and hardworking attitude
- Never-give-up mindset with resilience to handle rejection
- Goal-oriented approach with ability to work independently
- Professional phone etiquette and persuasive communication abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time capacity
- Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in financial services or insurance industry
- Proven track record in appointment setting or lead generation
- Experience working in flexible or part-time arrangements
Compensation:
- $10/hour for candidates new to telemarketing
- $12/hour for experienced telemarketers
- Performance bonus: $3 to 15 for each successful appointment set (Tiered)
- Regular performance reviews with salary progression opportunities

Work Arrangement:
- 100% Work From Home after successful completion of training and meeting KPIs
- Flexible scheduling with 4-hour continuous time slots
- Book shifts 1 week in advance through our booking system
- Choose your preferred hours between 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
- Saturday availability: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Minimum commitment: 12 hours per week
- Maximum hours: 40 hours per week
