Overview
The Export sales department in Jakarta is responsible for the sales of power electronics equipment for various oil&gas and industrial markets. Customers are typically oil-service companies, OEMs, EPSs, and dealers in industrial markets. We develop, manufacture, and service advanced low- and medium-voltage drives, downhole sensors, and linear ESP solutions. We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our growing team.
Experience in sales of electrical equipment or power electronics is a plus - we welcome motivated candidates ready to grow in this field. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, ensuring effective communication and long-term cooperation.
- Manage key accounts by building and maintaining long-term client relationships to increase marginal income according to the sales strategy. Carry out lead generation in Indonesia
- Actively participate in public and private bidding processes, preparing commercial proposals.
- Manage commercial portals and e-procurement platforms
- Maintain and update customer database
- Maintain document flow in Bitrix
24: control order production (reports, applications, shipments), prepare invoices and orders, negotiate contracts, and track deliveries. - Close negotiations and ensure fulfillment of all contractual obligations with customers.
- Organize business development manager meetings with customers.
- Prepare presentations and promotional materials for negotiations, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Experience with key clients in industrial, energy, or oil & gas sectors will be plus.
- Ability to manage priorities, handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in public and private tenders, including vendor registration and supplier account activation for Oil & Gas, energy, and industrial clients.
- Proficiency in commercial and procurement platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, logistics, procurement field or in management, economics, international relations or with experience in a technical or industrial environment.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Language proficiency:
Indonesian (C1+), English (B2+)
