We are a fast-growing, design-focused Kitchen Remodeling company seeking a motivated Sales & Design Consultant to join our team in the Triad area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a young, ambitious company backed by an established franchise with over 35 years in the industry.

If you are passionate about sales, enjoy helping customers find functional and beautiful solutions, and want real earning and growth potential, this role is for you.

• Meet in person with homeowners to assess their needs and present functional and design-forward solutions
• Guide customers through the sales process from consultation to close
• Close same-day sales opportunities
• Generate your own leads to earn higher commission sales
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional experience
• Collaborate with operations and design teams to ensure project success
• Mentor new team members as the company continues to grow

• At least 1 year of sales experience (home services, remodeling, or design experience a plus)
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Located and willingness to work in the Triad area (centered in Greensboro)
