The Senior Account Manager is instrumental in cultivating exceptional, enduring relationships with our valued clients. This critical role is at the frontline of client success, championing our mission of relentless privacy protection and ensuring client growth and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Management:
Act as the primary liaison for a portfolio of key accounts, fostering trust, understanding their unique needs, and consistently exceeding their expectations. - Strategic Account Growth:
Develop and execute robust strategies to maximize client retention, satisfaction, and revenue expansion, aligned with clients' specific goals and business objectives. - Client Advocacy:
Conduct quarterly business reviews, setting strategic goals and proactively addressing client concerns to continuously elevate service and partnership quality. - Cross‑functional
Collaboration:
Work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to deliver customized solutions and ensure a seamless experience for clients. - Client
Education:
Lead efforts in client education and adoption, ensuring deep understanding of 360 Privacy’s solution to amplify client ROI. - Performance Tracking:
Manage and report critical client health metrics, identifying risks proactively and formulating effective mitigation strategies. - Thought Leadership:
Provide insights to internal teams for the development of impactful training materials, onboarding processes, and educational resources.
- Achieving and exceeding personal and team revenue retention and growth targets.
- Clients consistently regard you as a trusted advisor and advocate, integral to their privacy strategy and business success.
- Contributing actively to team and organizational strategic initiatives.
- Proven success (3+ years) in account management, with demonstrable skills in relationship building, strategic thinking, and customer advocacy.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing complex client relationships remotely.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret client metrics, assess performance, and drive strategic recommendations.
- You have prior experience or a strong interest in security, intelligence, or privacy‑related fields.
