We are a leading provider of Salesforce implementation solutions, and we're looking for a proactive and coachable AE to help us grow. This role is about more than just closing deals; it's about being a trusted advisor to our clients, a valued member of our team, and a key contributor to our long-term success.
What You'll Do- Driving new business by identifying and qualifying leads.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conducting compelling presentations and demonstrations of our Salesforce solutions.
- Navigating complex sales cycles and negotiating contracts.
- Writing Statements of Work (SOWs) and outlining project deliverables.
- Collaborating with the Salesforce ecosystem in a co-selling motion to expand opportunities.
- Working closely with our internal delivery teams to ensure a seamless handoff and successful project implementation.
- Proactively identifying and suggesting improvements to our sales processes and tools.
We're looking for a motivated individual with a proven track record of success in technology sales.
Required Qualifications:- Proficiency in Salesforce:
Deep product knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and Field Service Management. - Sales Acumen: A demonstrated ability to own and drive the complete sales cycle from start to finish.
- Results-Oriented: A strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Team Player:
Excellent collaboration and communication skills. You enjoy working with a kind, fun, and high-performing team. - Coachability: A desire to continuously learn, improve, and win.
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce implementation lifecycle.
- The ability to design high-level solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Experience providing project estimates to clients.
This role offers a competitive base salary plus an On-Target Earnings (OTE) bonus, tied to both individual and company performance objectives.
On Target Earnings of $180,000 - this includes a Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions for closing business.
