A nationally recognized mortgage lender is seeking a Loan Officer / Mortgage Retail Sales Manager. This role can be remote, hybrid, or in-office based out of Kansas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for originating residential mortgage loans, developing referral relationships, and guiding borrowers through the loan process. Candidates must have an active NMLS license and strong communication skills. Compensation is competitive and includes commission-based earnings.
