We are looking for a Partner Account Manager fluent in Chinese, English, and Russian to join our team.
Your Main Tasks Will Be- Frequent negotiations with key affiliate partners;
- Resolving challenging requests from paying members;
- Acquisition of new partnerships through multi‑channel approaches;
- Leveraging market and central team insights to develop winning strategies that drive partner portfolio growth;
- Providing comprehensive consultancy, support, advice, and training on the use of system portals;
- Conducting performance analysis on regional accounts and formulating development strategies for new partner acquisitions;
- Monitoring account activities to identify precise solutions;
- Developing reporting and submission of development pipelines;
- Attracting new partners.
- Proficiency in Chinese and Russian (reading, writing, and communication) – C1 or higher;
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication) – B1 or higher;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience in negotiating and working with contractors, partners, and handling claims;
- Confidence working with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel);
- Advanced user of Google Workspace.
