Culture And Compensation

The Business Analyst plays a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support commercial performance and strategic decision‑making. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to analyse trends, optimise performance, and support growth initiatives across markets.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse sales, market, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and performance trackers
- Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and promotional effectiveness analysis
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders
