An outstanding opportunity to commence a long‑term career in Financial Services becoming a full time, fully employed, home‑based CeMAP qualified Mortgage Adviser working for one of the UK’S leading mortgage providers. Home‑based working will be available once you have completed your first 16 weeks of office‑based training.
Job Title:Trainee Mortgage Adviser
Enhanced Salary & Guarantee Structure:- During the first 16 weeks of training, a basic salary of £25K per annum.
- From month 4 to month 6, basic salary plus guaranteed commission up to £30K per annum.
- From month 7 to month 10, basic salary plus guaranteed commission up to £32.5K per annum.
- From month 10 to month 16, basic salary plus guaranteed commission up to £35K per annum.
- From month 17, £25K basic salary plus unlimited commission, earn a realistic OTE of £45K+.
Full time, permanent, employed role (14 positions available).
Location:Initially office based for the first 16 weeks of training at our Academy Centre in Milton Keynes. Once qualified, home working will be available. You will need to live within a 1‑hour commute of Milton Keynes and have use of your own car to get to our training centre.
Target:Candidates with a strong desire to forge a long‑term career in Financial Services, and a demonstrable track record in customer service and sales. Graduates with limited workplace experience will also be considered.
Post training salary:From month 4 of employment you will earn guaranteed additional monthly commission that increases in tiered increments over the following 12 months. After the guarantee ends you should expect a realistic OTE of £50K+ in your second full year along with outstanding benefits and a promotional tier scheme.
CeMAP qualification support:Full financial support provided to gain the CF1 & CF6 qualifications, including provision for study materials and exam entry costs.
Working hours (16‑week training):9.30 AM to 5.00 PM Monday to Friday. You must be available for the whole 16 weeks with zero planned holidays to be considered.
Post training working hours:Work patterns covering a mix of 9 AM‑6 PM and 11 AM‑8 PM Monday to Friday, offering a good work/life balance. No weekend work is required.
Timeline:Immediate interviews with a start date of April 2025.
Role OverviewAs a home or office‑based Mortgage and Protection Adviser, you will focus on the provision of quality advice and sales to customers. The work of contacting customers, securing appointments and progressing mortgage and protection applications falls within the remit of our dedicated Adviser Support Teams. This role is telephone‑based, so you should be articulate, engaging, highly motivated, disciplined and organised. You will write in excess of 16 mortgages with protection each month.

Required Knowledge,Skills and Qualifications
- Educated to A level or equivalent standard is preferable but not essential.
- A strong desire to work within the Financial Services industry, particularly within mortgages and protection.
- A strong track record in customer service and sales.
- Excellent inter‑personal and presentation skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills allowing complex information to be explained simply.
- Organised and adopts a disciplined, structured approach to work.
- Highly competent user of IT and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
