• Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team to facilitate the sales acquisition process, including building leads and scheduling call-backs
• Prioritize customer engagement by building relationships, following up on quotes, and closing sales
• Communicate The Hartford's value proposition effectively to potential clients
• Maintain a high level of organization and manage daily work activities efficiently
• Support a culture of accountability and performance within the sales team

• Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
• Call center experience
• Experience in Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance
• Ability to balance inbound sales calls with outbound communications
• Strong organizational, time management, and computer skills

• Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
• Competitive nature and strong desire to win
