• Build strong customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and follow up on open quotes to close sales

• Support a high-performing sales culture by managing daily work activities with confidence and agility
• Balance inbound sales calls and outbound communications to drive sales success

• Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
• Call center experience preferred
• Experience in Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance is a plus
• Goal-oriented and focused on metrics
• Outstanding organization, time management, and computer skills

• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role within an insurance setting
