• Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team to facilitate the sales acquisition process, including generating leads and scheduling callbacks
• Build strong customer relationships by being responsive and following up on open quotes
• Communicate The Hartford's value proposition and close sales effectively
• Support a high‑performing sales culture by managing daily work activities with confidence and agility
• Balance inbound sales calls along with outbound and email communications to meet sales goals

• Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
• Call center experience preferred
• Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience is a plus
• Strong organizational, desk management, and time management skills
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus

• Competitive nature with a strong desire to win in the marketplace
• Experience in a call center environment
• Familiarity with small commercial insurance products
