• Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process, including building leads and scheduling call-backs to small business owners
• Prioritize customer relationships by being responsive and following up on open quotes to close sales
• Communicate The Hartford's value proposition and additional coverages effectively to clients
• Support a high-performing sales culture by managing daily work activities with confidence and agility
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and email communications to achieve sales goals

• Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade, along with a strong desire to win
• Call center experience preferred
• Experience in Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance is a plus
• Strong organization, time management, and computer skills
• Goal-oriented and metric-focused mindset

• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) a plus
• Previous experience in a sales environment, particularly within insurance
