Position: Sales Development Representative (f/m/d) - Remote in the US

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Engage engineering leaders through cold outreach with a target of 60+ activities per day
  • Shape and manage targeted outbound campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team
  • Spark interest in the employer's solutions through compelling storytelling
  • Analyze outreach performance and refine the SDR playbook
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proven experience in outbound activities within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Track record of overachieving sales quotas for multiple quarters
  • Ability to pitch complex technical solutions, preferably with experience in AI or engineering automation
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and cold outreach tools, such as Salesforce and Linked In Sales Navigator
  • Resilience and a growth mindset when faced with rejections
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with AI, CAD, CAE, or engineering automation
  • Familiarity with tools like Clay and Aircall
