• Partner with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process by building leads, accepting inbound calls, assigning leads, and scheduling call‑backs
• Focus on customer satisfaction by building strong relationships, being responsive, following up on open quotes, and closing sales
• Communicate and promote the employer's value proposition, including its history and additional coverages
• Contribute to a high‑performing sales culture by prioritizing and managing daily work activities confidently
• Operate within a structured environment balancing inbound sales calls with outbound and email communications

• Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
• Call center experience
• Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience
• Goal‑oriented and metric‑focused mindset
• Outstanding organization, desk management, time management, and computer skills

• Bilingual (Spanish‑speaking) skills
• Experience in balancing inbound sales calls from a queue along with outbound communications
