About the Role
Our client is looking for a motivated Inbound Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for incoming leads, promoting their funded training products and ensuring prospective learners are connected with their Sales Executives. As an Inbound Sales Consultant your focus will be on converting interest into booked calls, helping drive growth and learner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Delivery
* Call incoming leads promptly and qualify them against funding criteria.
* Book qualified calls into Sales Execs’ diaries within 3 business days.
* Achieve daily call and monthly booked call targets.
* Promote their courses and Unique Selling Points with energy and enthusiasm.
* Overcome initial queries or concerns and follow up leads consistently (minimum 12 contact attempts).
* Identify new opportunities and share market insights with Sales and Marketing teams.
Customer Experience
* Build strong, trustworthy relationships with clients.
* Adapt communication to appeal to diverse audiences.
* Listen to customer needs and objections, providing robust qualifying for the sales team.
* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Administration
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM and coordinate Sales Execs’ appointments.
* Manage emails and follow-ups efficiently.
* Provide activity reports to your manager and ensure timely communication with leads.

* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
