Sales Development Representative

Job description:

• Proactive research and identification of potential clients and business opportunities.
• Contacting leads through phone calls, emails, and social media.
• Qualifying leads and forwarding them to the sales team.
• Maintaining and updating the customer database.
• Presenting services.
• Advising clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Supporting the maintenance of customer relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and lead generation.
• Identifying cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
• Assisting in the preparation and execution of events.

Required profile:

We are looking for dedicated individuals who wish to contribute their expertise and professional experience to our team:

• You have completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a comparable field.
• You have initial experience in sales or customer acquisition.
• You have experience in the certification business, particularly with Integrated Management Systems according to the standards ISO 9001,, and
• You possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
• You have a strong understanding of customer needs and a service-oriented approach.
• You are self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in your work style.
• You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• You are proficient in German and English; fluency in French is an advantage.

You are experienced in using MS Office programs and SAP, and you demonstrate initiative, commitment, and team spirit, acting in a solution- and customer-oriented manner.
