Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in the North of England, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and managing the sales process end-to-end. Responsibilities include generating leads, preparing proposals, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

The role also requires effective communication with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development skills, including client relationship management and ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills for effectively presenting information and closing deals
  • Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Digital Tools and CRM software to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions
  • A proven track record in sales, ideally in the waste management or environmental services industry
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Driving license required for occasional travel to client locations
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and achieving performance targets
