What You’ll Do:- Consult with members via phone, email, or in-person to assess their needs
- Recommend membership levels based on client needs and budget
- Assist members with questions and enrollment processes
- Provide ongoing support and service throughout the membership lifecycle
- Build and manage your own book of business
- Meet or exceed performance targets for sales and customer satisfaction
- Participate in continuous training and development opportunities
- Comfortable using online platforms to manage book of business
- Self‑motivated with strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for helping people navigate their membership options
