What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Call and receive calls from clients to discuss their financial needs
- Schedule appointments with clients who express interest in benefits
- Present and explain insurance products and benefits packages virtually
- Complete applications for various insurance products
- Attend ongoing, optional training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Must be available for part-time work, approximately 20 hours per week
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Basic understanding of financial services and insurance products
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools, such as Zoom
- Previous experience in financial services or insurance sales
- Familiarity with virtual sales techniques and best practices
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets or client satisfaction
- Experience in customer service or client relationship management
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
